Invite Finedu to Class

As is tradition for marking World Savings Day, MBC ambassadors participated in the educational project "Invite Finedu to Class."

As part of the initiative, the ambassadors met with nearly 300 students across 10 schools in various regions of Georgia, conducting fun and interactive lessons to raise awareness about the importance of saving money.

The lessons were held for students in grades 5 through 12 at schools in Batumi, Kvemo Kartli, Shida Kartli, Kakheti, Samegrelo, Samtskhe-Javakheti, and Imereti. During these sessions, the children learned about effective saving methods, the principles of smart spending, how to keep savings secure, and other essential financial topics.

In addition to the topic of savings, this year's activities placed special emphasis on the 30th anniversary of the national currency, the Lari.

It is worth noting that World Savings Day has been celebrated in Georgia since 2012, an initiative led by the National Bank of Georgia and the educational platform Finedu.
