Mandatory Re-registration for Business Entities

Please be informed that under the Law of Georgia "On Entrepreneurs," the deadline for mandatory re-registration is April 1, 2026.

The requirement to bring registration data into compliance with the law applies to business entities registered prior to January 1, 2022.

These include:

  1. Limited Liability Company

  2. Joint-Stock Company and Limited Partnership

  3. General Partnership

  4. Cooperative

  5. Branch of a foreign enterprise

To complete the re-registration process, business entities must apply to any territorial office of the National Agency of Public Registry (NAPR) or any Public Service Hall nationwide.

Failure to meet the registration deadline will result in the automatic suspension of the business entities' rights to manage financial resources and dispose of property.
