Tourism Support Training

MBC’s social educational project Financial Adviser offered free master classes to people employed in tourism and hotel industry.

Master classes were conducted on the following topics:

✔ Planning of online advertisement and correct segmentation;
✔ Service quality as competitive advantage;
✔ HR management strategy.

Any interested persons could take part in the master classes free of charge. The meetings discussed practical situations and examples - in the form of questions and answers.

MBC declared solidarity to the private persons and business entities depending on tourist season for income, as the current political situation might have a negative impact on their activities.
