Recruitment Processing of Personal Data

I hereby voluntarily give my consent and authorize JSC Micro Bank “MBC” (Identification No. 404967078) to receive and process the personal data, information, and documents provided by me, including biometric data (my identification document or other document or information), as well as special categories of personal data provided by me relating to my criminal record and health.

I acknowledge that the processing of the above-mentioned personal data will be carried out due to the nature of the employment obligations, for the purpose of considering my candidacy for the advertised vacancies and making a decision regarding my employment.

I also consent to the processing and storage of my personal data, including biometric data and special categories of personal data, for a period of 1 year. I acknowledge that this period is necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purpose and to consider my candidacy for other vacant positions in the future.

I have been informed that I may request additional information regarding the personal data processed about me from JSC Micro Bank “MBC” by contacting the following email address: Vacancy@mbc.com.ge.

I also have the right to request information regarding the legal basis and purpose of the processing of my personal data, the source from which the data was collected/obtained, and the period for which the data will be stored.

I have the right to request access to and a copy of my personal data, as well as the correction, updating, completion, blocking, deletion, destruction, restriction of processing, cessation of processing, and portability of my personal data.

I hereby confirm that the data, information, and documentation provided by me are accurate and truthful.

I have also been informed that, in the event of a violation of the above-mentioned rights and established procedures, I may contact the State Audit Office of Georgia in accordance with the procedure established by law.
