Use of data for marketing purposes

I hereby consent to JSC Micro Bank “MBC” (Identification No. 404967078) processing my personal data, namely my first name, last name, telephone number, and email address, for the purpose of sending me advertisements/offers and sending advertisements/offers to my telephone number and email address.

My consent is granted indefinitely, until withdrawn. I have been informed that I may withdraw this consent at any time and request the termination of the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes, as well as the cessation of receiving advertisements/offers, by sending a notification to JSC Micro Bank “MBC” via email (nopm@mbc.com.ge) or by calling the hotline at +995 32 2 50 50 02. I may also use the opt-out mechanism (NOSMS) provided when receiving a specific advertisement/offer by telephone or email or submit a written request at any service centre.

In such a case, JSC Micro Bank “MBC” shall cease processing my personal data for direct marketing purposes within a reasonable period following receipt of my request, but no later than 7 business days.

In the event of a violation of the above-mentioned rights and established procedures, I have the right to contact the State Audit Office of Georgia in accordance with the procedure established by law.
