Head of IFRS Reporting Group
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in developing and improving new processes within the bank’s financial reporting group;
Contribute to improving procedures for the preparation of financial statements;
Participate in the timely preparation of NBG reports and their submission through the relevant portal;
Participate in preparing reports and financial statements within the group;
Perform various tasks assigned by the Head of the Finance Department and direct supervisor;
Monitor reporting processes and take appropriate actions to optimize and improve reporting;
Process data and participate in preparing the organization’s periodic reports;
Support various business processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
University degree in Banking, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel;
Knowledge of accounting principles;
Good knowledge of IFRS standards;
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position;
At least 1 year of experience working with NBG reports;
Experience in financial and analytical reporting will be considered an advantage;
Strong analytical thinking and data processing/manipulation skills, with the ability to create tables, charts, and presentations;
At least 1 year of experience working with MS SQL will be considered an advantage.
