Junior Specialist in Non-Credit Product and Process Development

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of the microbank’s non-credit products and services;

  • Contribute to developing new product ideas and improving existing products;

  • Conduct market and competitor research;

  • Participate in the implementation of new products and functionalities;

  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with various departments;

  • Prepare product and process documentation and contribute to the documentation process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree;

  • Work experience in the banking or financial sector;

  • Good knowledge of banking products and processes;

  • Knowledge of banking software and practical experience using it; knowledge of ALTA (B6) will be considered an advantage;

  • Intermediate level of English;

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
