Methodology Specialist - Tbilisi
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and systematize information from various structural units regarding new or existing products and services;
Develop internal legal acts based on the information received, including policies, rules, procedures, and instructions;
Draft documents in an academically sound, clear, consistent, and legally accurate manner;
Ensure that internal legal acts comply with the microbank’s internal standards; review existing documentation, identify areas for improvement, and prepare relevant recommendations;
Coordinate the document approval process with relevant structural units;
Revise documents based on received comments and recommendations and prepare final versions;
Ensure consistency in document structure, terminology, and writing style;
Prepare explanatory, training, and informational materials for employees to facilitate the practical application of internal legal acts and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
University degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field;
Excellent command of Georgian and strong written communication skills;
Experience working in the banking or financial sector;
Experience preparing internal legal acts, procedures, instructions, or other regulatory documents;
Knowledge of banking regulations.
