Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve credit targets through effective sales activities;

  • Manage and develop the quality of the credit portfolio;

  • Introduce and offer the company’s products to potential customers;

  • Provide high-quality, accurate, and professional customer service in accordance with company standards;

  • Receive and process loan applications, conduct in-depth customer interviews, and assess their overall financial condition;

  • Prepare credit files and present them to the Credit Committee;

  • Manage processes related to loan disbursement;

  • Monitor the quality of the credit portfolio;

  • Report on completed tasks and results to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

  • Proficiency in MS Office;

  • Strong teamwork skills;

  • Analytical thinking;

  • Ability to solve problems and make independent decisions;

  • High sense of responsibility;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Outgoing personality and quick-thinking ability;

  • Motivated, hardworking, and well-organized.
