Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving credit and non-credit sales targets through effective sales activities;

  • Managing and developing the quality of the loan portfolio;

  • Introducing and offering the company’s products to potential customers;

  • Providing high-quality, accurate, and professional customer service in accordance with company standards;

  • Receiving loan applications, conducting in-depth customer interviews, and assessing their overall financial situation;

  • Preparing credit files and presenting them to the Credit Committee;

  • Managing procedures related to loan disbursement;

  • Reporting on completed work to the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

  • Proficiency in MS Office;

  • Strong teamwork skills;

  • Analytical thinking;

  • Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills;

  • High sense of responsibility;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;

  • Sociable and quick-thinking;

  • Honest, motivated, hardworking, and well-organized.
