Protecting the Environment

Environmental responsibility is an important part of MBC’s corporate responsibility. Given the nature of our business, we pay particular attention to areas where our activities have a direct or indirect impact on the environment. Our key focus areas include environmental risk management, waste management, the responsible use of resources and energy efficiency.

In terms of environmental risk management, we are working to gradually integrate environmental factors into our business activities and decision-making processes. Our goal is to identify relevant risks in a timely manner, assess them and manage them appropriately.

In waste management, we focus on the responsible management of paper, electrical and electronic waste, as well as on reducing the amount of waste generated.

The responsible use of natural resources and energy efficiency involve the rational use of energy, water and other operational resources, optimizing consumption and gradually reducing our environmental impact.

At the same time, the Microbank’s digital transformation contributes to more efficient processes, reduced consumption of paper and other resources and stronger environmental practices.

Our goal is to continuously develop these areas and further integrate the principles of environmental responsibility into the Microbank’s day-to-day operations and decision-making processes.
